Science Channel from Philo Stopped working

Science Channel from Philo was working great in Channels and just stopped. When I try to re-scan, I get the following error -

"no login form found"

I logged into SCI on their web site and still get the error..

Any thoughts?

I don't use philo, but when I click WATCH NOW and select philo as my provider here
https://www.sciencechannel.com/watch/science
I get the choice to provide mobile# or email and looks like it requires 2FA?

I'm not sure if that's normal since I don't use philo.

Update to the latest pre-release version (2021.05.01.1631 or later) of Channels DVR Server https://getchannels.com/docs/channels-dvr-server/how-to/pre-release/#how-do-i-update-to-the-pre-release-version

Follow the troubleshooting guide here https://getchannels.com/docs/channels-dvr-server/tv-everywhere/troubleshooting/#troubleshooting-channels

I successfully logged in to Philo and am running the latest DVR code. Sill get the same error when I try to authorize SCI in the DVR.

Now I cannot access Philo at all. I log in to the service and it works, but if I try to add philo as a TVE service, I get the no form error message.

Same issue here and with it seem other channels, proably all discovery.
Tried Food, Discovery, animal planet, hgtv, tlc, etc.
i check the error image and its the philo sign in screen.

You should both submit diagnostics from the Channels DVR web UI

did that already.

also, Philo has always had that sign in process, where u have to enter in code sent to your email or phone. maybe its 2FA, not sure, but it has never been an issue for channels.
There is no option in Philo account to disable the login process.

Going to bed for the night, cause, work tomorrow.
Hope the devs can fix this, Philo is my main TVE source for Channels DVR.
Surprised, Philo has been the most reliable TVE provider for Channels so far.
Xfinity, on the other hand....lol.

Similar issues with my Philo sub - when I tried to rescan HGTV I received the following error

Diagnostics Logs have been submitted as cbb32bba-7ea2-4c7a-9a2c-8f775532bc49

TLC also isn't working for me.

I didn't do a full rescan - but I tested History channel and Discovery which appears to still be working for me.

I also was able to login and watch HGTV with my philo sub on: https://watch.hgtv.com/watch/hgtv?utm_source=marketingsite so it appears the stream is still up.

I’m getting the same errors. I can login to Philo and watch so Philo has a subscription.

So I was able to get this working by deleting philo source and re adding it. Then all of the discovery and DIY channels and Science channel started working again.

I can confirm the full delete and re-add of philo worked for me as well. Thanks @syplex!

Delete and re add worked for me on both my servers.
Lifetime however, came back as "Get Link" and some long url, but a manual rescan of that channel fixed it.

"me too" ... deleted and re-added the TVE source for Philo to get back missing channels.

Curiously, Philo's help page for TVE distinguishes the channels available by client platform (https://help.philo.com/tv-everywhere/). I guess if I knew more about TV Everywhere, that might make sense to me. As it is, I don't know why content providers who stream via TVE would want it on some platforms and not others.

Odd though they do not have LMN on that list but it was for sure available before and when I go to the LMN website it has a Philo login option and is offered in the Philo app to stream the Live TV channel.

IIRC, LMN only offers on-demand content, and that is why it does not integrate with Channels' TVE support.

Nope. See my post in other thread.

Read it, and checked on my end. No live LMN content, only on-demand.

Watching LMN right now on Philo, (and on my folks Xfinity cable box) and they have the Guide for the channel on the LMN website, but the Live TV link loads the normal Lifetime channel. Guess they no longer have the online TVE webstream as of sometime after mid November 2021, that is the last recording file we have saved on to a flash drive.
