[SNR] entries in log - documentation?

Is there any documentation for all the statistics that are listed in the [SNR] log entries? Here's an example:

2020/10/04 12:00:00.540520 [SNR] Statistics for "TV/FOX NFL Sunday/FOX NFL Sunday 2020-10-04-1100.mpg": ss=90%,78%-100% snq=93%,44%-100% seq=87%,0%-100% bps=11536532,3126816-22525408 pps=1094,297-1315 sigerr=20%

Does anyone know what these metrics all mean and if this log entry indicates any issues?

I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with FOX recordings from my Connect. I am getting skips and pops even though the signal strength and quality are 90+%, with 100% symbol quality. No issues on any other channels.

This means 20% of your recording was affected by corrupted packets due to antenna signal problems

This means the quality dipped as low as 44%. So it's 90%+ but then 20% of the time it dips to half that.
