I am currently in the 30 day trial for Channels. I subscribe to YouTube TV and I also have an outdoor antenna and a Tablo DVR (which I've had for many years with a lifetime subscription).
With YouTube TV I only can see my local CBS and ABC stations by turning on the experimental feature.
Strangely enough the Channels app (installed on my Synology NAS) picked up the Tablo and all the channels but it doesn't appear I can DVR anything from there. I can just watch live.
Is there any around that? If I didn't already have the Tablo I'd probably get an HD Homerun.
You need to assign guide data to the Tablo on the dvr web UI
Ah! That was it! Thanks so much. I had put in the zip code but didn't go any further.
For some reason my Tablo channels disappear after about a week. I have to go into the Channels settings on my NAS and re-add them.
Any idea why?
