Stream Link for series of shows?

I have been adding stream link movies from Prime and Netflix to my system. For their series shows, like Reacher, is there a way to have Channels watch for new episodes? I figure not, but worth an ask. I know I can just have one episode for the streamlink and stop it and scroll through the episodes once inside the app. Is there any way to have it start in the episode list? By the way, still loving Channels after several years!

These are among the many use cases I built Stream Link/File Manager [SLM] (a Streaming Library Manager for Channels extension) for! The full Wiki at the link will be able to answer all your questions and help you get it installed/set up and do everything you need.

Thanks so much for the reply. I have Stream Manager installed. I generated streamlinks for a series and see that in the logs. I watched your long video (you put a ton of work into this!!!) But in this new versions I cannot find how to send the streamlinks to Channels. Please help

Well I finally found the button to push to run the end to end processes. It generated some links and says it updated channels. But no movies or shows are showing. And I also tested the connection to channels and it say it found my channels server and the info looks correct. I pasted the path it found into my browser just to be sure and channels admin opened. Any ideas?

I found that I had the directory not set correctly to my Channels box. So I updated it and it seems to be working great! Quick question on Hulu. It remaps it to a Disney+ path. Would I have to have Disney + for that to work?

The videos are just a supplement; please be sure to review the Wiki for all the most up-to-date details, instructions, screen shots, etc.... Don't see anything you've asked about that isn't covered there in great detail!

AFAIK, there is no way to access Hulu inside of Disney+ if you don't have a Disney+/Hulu package, but maybe they'll do something soon since they are planning on retiring the stand-alone Hulu app. It was supposed to happen already this year, and they haven't publicly stated a change in timeline, but considering that, I image it will most likely be sometime by Q2 2027. In the meantime, you can turn off the Stream Link Mapping as I answered here:

But as I said, it won't help you because they broke deep linking in Hulu.
