Streamlink for Live local TV

I am unable to get my local CBS or NBC channels with my antenna or TVE but I can login to my Paramount Plus and Peacock accounts with my browser and play Live TV. Can I use stream links to import these into my channels with a guide?

I tried using Streamlink to capture the URLs for both live tv services but it came back saying that it could not find a plug in that would work. Any suggestions?
