You don't need to scrape listings from some 3rd party site. Channels DVR's guide data supplier Gracenote already has listings for it under callSign TRTWRLD or stationId 104305.

You can add the ones you want yourself using custom m3u channels feature.
There are also services like Plex, Pluto, Samsung TV Plus, Stirr, Tubi, YouTube Live TV, etc. that you can find in this forum category
I would guess there could be more people interested in watching world news. Providing a curated list would be great.

Why not start a topic in the Custom Channels category.
Those in the community that are interested could add to your curated list.
If you do that I would recommend creating 3 posts in the new topic you create.
The first post listing what you're looking to do and inviting interested community users to comment.
The second post would be your initial curated list that you can edit at any time.
The third post for just in case you need it.
Best to make them as custom m3u channels in case any master m3u8 changes, users won't have to wait for the Channels DVR developers to update it (since you can't change them or remap guide data on TVE channels).
