I have the same exact issue with Philo. I did nothing.... we were watching TV and then it stopped.... gave message that connection was lost to server.

I updated windows (10) and the Channels server was on the latest stable release.

I then found Philo channels weren't available..... so I tried updating several times, then removed the Philo source and tried to re-add it... now I'm getting the "No Login Form Found" too......

I can get into Philo with a browser and it works fine.... so it's something with the TVE/Channels setup?!

Hoping the can be resolved soon?

I also have Philo & Xfinity (for now, until I drop them) configured and haven't yet encountered any issues with those, which is curious. Philo works fine, but trying to set up YTV as a new source doesn't.

Hmm.... that's certainly interesting?!! So you've had Philo working all along with no issues?

It just "stopped" on me last night.... :frowning:

Having the same problem on the 12.05.1913 server software using my Spectrum credentials for TVE; no login form found, access denied.

Sent an email to support, no reply yet.

My server is running in an Unraid docker.

Version 2024.12.06.0801 is working with Xfinity on Synology docker.

Yep, been working the whole time. I agree that it's strange. I don't know for sure how it all works under the covers, but I wonder if I'm just benefitting from a previously cached authentication that has yet to refresh. I suspect that if I deleted & readded it might fail, but it's working for now so I'm not eager to mess with it.

Same here - Streaming to the tuner failed. Press play to try again. TVE: no login form found. 2024.12.05.1913 on a Synology NAS. Provider is Spectrum. Working fine yesterday.

Before searching here I removed my Fios source and could not re-add it and was getting no login form found. I uninstalled Channels and re-installed with a backup from yesterday that included my FIOS source. Some stations work others time out.

You should submit Diagnostics from your Channels DVR Server
DVR web admin UI Support > Troubleshootnig

I am having the problems described and posted a message yesterday. My annual service runs out in a couple of days and I cancelled to avoid automatic renewal.

Can’t add FIOS and can’t add YTTV. “No Login Form Found” is what I get.

FIOS was working fine until yesterday and then it totally died.

I’ve used Channels for a few years and am sad to leave. YTTV w/out Channels seems to be my path forward.

Just wanted to chime in, I too am getting the TVE No Login Form found as well. I am running Xfiniity TVE and went to turn it on tonight and it wasn't working. I am running the latest version and my DVR is running on an M1 Mac Mini.

Or just give them half a second to fix the issue.

Though the timing is suspicious, this issue does not appear to be related to the software update.

As far as we can tell, there is some kind of DNS/CDN issue affecting some people trying to connect into the TVE system. We are looking into some kind of workaround.
