Same here - Streaming to the tuner failed. Press play to try again. TVE: no login form found. 2024.12.05.1913 on a Synology NAS. Provider is Spectrum. Working fine yesterday.

Before searching here I removed my Fios source and could not re-add it and was getting no login form found. I uninstalled Channels and re-installed with a backup from yesterday that included my FIOS source. Some stations work others time out.

You should submit Diagnostics from your Channels DVR Server
DVR web admin UI Support > Troubleshootnig

I am having the problems described and posted a message yesterday. My annual service runs out in a couple of days and I cancelled to avoid automatic renewal.

Can’t add FIOS and can’t add YTTV. “No Login Form Found” is what I get.

FIOS was working fine until yesterday and then it totally died.

I’ve used Channels for a few years and am sad to leave. YTTV w/out Channels seems to be my path forward.

Just wanted to chime in, I too am getting the TVE No Login Form found as well. I am running Xfiniity TVE and went to turn it on tonight and it wasn't working. I am running the latest version and my DVR is running on an M1 Mac Mini.

Though the timing is suspicious, this issue does not appear to be related to the software update.

As far as we can tell, there is some kind of DNS/CDN issue affecting some people trying to connect into the TVE system. We are looking into some kind of workaround.

What does it show when you select Rescan Channels on your TVE source?
