Sorry. Old thread. But no. That's not the case. This is a setting available only on Apple devices and these do very little (often less than nothing) to help with contrast. As the setting name implies, they are simply filters. Using them can sometimes even eliminate what contrast actually exists. At best, they will help with discerning colers in certain scenarios with certain forms of color blindness. Not even close to a panacea.

Of course it is entitlement. One of the benefits of this paid app is being able to request features and fixes. I agree this request isn't unreasonable.
