Nope with ip or localhost, the message is "Connection Lost. Could not fetch playlist."
I'll take a look
I think removing this
channel-number="19" tvg-chno="19"
Will help on each one.
So, remove those two entries on every channel?
Try it and see what it does
Sorry, but I don't know where that file is supposed to be located so I can edit it.
you run the install from main page and it installs to a folder on your pc.
Localhost:8787 I think I forget the port
This is it. Just edit and put elsewhere on your pc
Ok, finally got back to this. Removing both entries doesn't work, video on host PC doesn't start, and adding back in "channel-number="" only is the same. Adding back "tvg-chno="" only does start video on host PC but nothing on android phone still, shows Timeout error.
I forgot to mention that I updated ccEPG a few days ago, it should work with ABC and Peacock properly now
On an Android phone, I'm still getting a timeout error message. Chrome is opening on host PC and video is playing.
Ill test it more in depth tomorrow or Tuesday
@doug8796, were you able to do anymore research on this? Using your js, I can open my other cc4c channels, just not the ones from ccepg. Thanks.
@doug8796, nevermind, the problem was on my end. For some reason the host PC wasn't recognizing my subscription to Peacock and I, of course, was trying to view subscription only channels.
It works on Windows PCs. It just isn't 100% last I checked
In post #96, you said it won't play on a laptop, so I guess I need to be more specific. I can play other cc4c entries on Windows 11 thru Chrome, but none of the ccepg entries work the same. I have also tried playing the ccepg entries thru an Emby server, but they stiil don't play even though my other cc4c entries do. So I guess my question should have been, are there any plans to allow ccepg to work on Windows machine without using nextpvr?
It's just docker so it should work on whatever. I ran out of time to work on it, but I did play with Max a few weeks ago - I can't get the schedule without authenticating, so I'd have to build in a login flow like I have for E+ to build out and EPG for that one. I might try and move to services that don't require that at least at first to try and get some traction
There are directvstream and sling free too that would work well with this and the Netflix NFL games and Amazon live events that aren't NFL from your other app that works in NFL.com
