There is the problem. What is on port 8000? Did you setup CDVR on that port?
I haven't setup ESPN+ in channels so I am not familiar with doing that. Is it done via custom channels? TVE? Docker?
No, CDVR is on port 8089. If I change the port in the url, I still get the same error message.
It is setup using Docker on a Windows 10 PC, then in CDVR as a custom channel.
then you need to use port 8089.
It is running on port 8000 then?
that is what I am thinking
So I need to change the whole ESPN+ setup to run on 8089?
No

I tried that and still got the error message.
you put that in a browser?
See my post above.
When I put that in the browser, I get "error:device not found".
Edwin, when I put your url in a browser, I get the 404 file not found message.
If it works in CDVR then you may not be entering the URL info EXACTLY as it is setup.
Ok Lets start from the begining ... in Your channels DVR server click on Edit ESPN+ and tell me what is in the parentheses ?
OK my fault here is a sample on my comcast change the ip and the TVE-Comcast_SSO to M3U-ESPN+.
