Verizon Fios Channels not working

Certain channels not scanning getting the following error

adobe auth reg code: no login form found

I changed passwords and rescanned similar issues

After you change your password, you will need to get channels and your tuner to rescan. It's been a while since I did this. It's one of the pull down options from the Manage button. Try Reload Lineup or Sync Station Mapping first.

Good luck

I rescanned channels before and after the password change but it didnt eliminate the inconsistencies around channel availability...im using TVE not sure if that matters on the suggestion?

Try updating to prerelease and check for all green on support >troublshooting. Then rescan

First off, some channels were withdrawn recently from TVE. That's why the suggestion to update to prerelease makes sense as it addresses this. If you are still having issues, try logging into the FIOS sight again and cut and paste your password. If that works, then past your password into the Channels TVE change password.

I didnt find a pre release available but found my chrome browser needed updating in the troubleshooting screen. After chrome update and rescan i lost more channels (140-76) :frowning:

Now it wont let me readd Verizon Fios as a TVE Source says no login form found after trying to authenticate.

Make sure you're using v2024.06.28.1813 (or later)
Then do what Morris recommended

Awesome thanks. Shout out to @Morris_Altman @chDVRuser @Rice you guys rock, looks like your collective advice worked. The copy and paste seemed to resolved the authentication issues!

I've tried all the suggestions above, but FIOS just no longer plays for me on an M1 Mac Mini. The live stream videos just never play (or record). Other non-FIOS sources play fine. This behavior started a few days ago. Channels version is 2024.07.18.0352. Not sure what to try next.

Seeing lots of errors like this in the log:

Have you tried the latest pre-release version?

Thanks chDVRuser! I downloaded the Pre-Release version (2024.07.27.2008), which seems to have fixed the issue and my FIOS channels are once again working.

Hello - I am having the same exact issue and my channelsdvr does not show a pre-release version (using it via the edge browser). Do you know how to access it?

They still hide it in a dropdown. I never figured out why they want to do that, guess so newbies have to ask where it is and create more posts in this Forum?
