What are you using to manage duplicate/dead/etc streaming channels?

I have Channels (non-docker) running on my Synology NAS with several docker containers for the playlist.m3u and epg.xml. With over 6,000+ channels, am finding several duplicate channels, No Longer Available, etc. Is there any automated method of combining duplicates, not displaying dead channels or bad links, etc.. What are you using to handle this? Thanks in advance.
