Working non-Docker solution for Pluto & Plex custom channels?

For a long time I had both Pluto and Plex set up as custom channel sources within my Channels DVR install. But both of those ceased working recently with the takedown of the MJH links.

So question is, can anyone point me to just regular, non-Docker solutions to regain access to that content that just involve the normal .m3u source link and companion XML channel guide data link.

I've scoured the support threads, and can't find any current, working, non-Docker solution for this.

TIA.

I'm not aware of any others for Plex, I'm using the docker now, and portainer is great, as is OliveTin, made it all so easy -- but for Pluto there is still https://nocords.xyz, thanks to @HankLloydRight.

I tried that within my Channels DVR custom channels setup, and I get this:

You're probably behind a VPN or in a sketchy country. Try turning your VPN off.

I just tested to add it as a custom channel (I've already moved on to the docker solution) and it works fine over here. Adds 425 channels. So my guess is it's because you're a new user, your IP address is blacklisted on noncords' server. Something @HankLloydRight will be able to check in his logs. Also check in the discussion thread I linked above, lots of folks still using it.

I'm not in a "sketchy" country, but I'm not in the U.S. I was using my regular U.S.-server VPN that I use with the rest of my streaming activities just fine...

But per your suggestion, I turned off the VPN and just went with my regular local ISP fiber internet connection, and got the same failed result.

We're covering this in the other thread. No need to duplicate here.

For Pluto

The latter is a nearly 500 posts long thread spanning over almost three years of content, and I didn't find anything there in the recent postings that addressed my issues. That's why I hoped a new, fresh thread would bring some more current, focused perspective on the topic.

Thus far, no working solution has been forthcoming.
