Can i have two servers on the same LAN that can both remote out? I think i need to buy separate accounts.

No. Remote access through the Channels client apps is only available for a single DVR installation. (There are workarounds, such as using a VPN to connect to your home LAN.)
To have separate remote DVRs, separate accounts are needed.
