2014 Mac Mini Server Commercial Skip Threads

I completed my migration from a Raspberry Pi to a 2014 Mac Mini (2.6GHz I5 with 256GB SSD and 8TB external drive for DVR storage).

I only have the ability to set 1 thread for commercial skip detection. On the Raspberry Pi I could choose 1, 2 or 3. Is it expected that I can only choose 1 thread?

Channels DVR allows you to choose number of CPU cores - 1
Must be a dual core CPU.

Yes it's dual core. The UI could be clearer in this case. Thanks.
