I couldn’t figure this out, but I wanted to make a smart channel collection for 4K content. Is this possible? I think that would be very useful.

You can create a movies collection (or television) and next to the 'Add content' button there is a dropdown menu for 'Create Smart Rule' - click on this and the rule you want to set is based on tags, if you have 4K movies in your library there will be a 4K tag available for you to choose from.
