No there’s no way to import recordings into channels. You could replace an existing recording file with the new file if you really wanted to…
Plex reports it as 5.1 but still plays in stereo.
Channels also plays it in stereo.
Think it must be either my soundbar or HDMI switch that doesnt support AAC 5.1 and PCM 5.1.
Annoying as it support DD, DD+, DTS, Atmos etc…
Shall just knock TV in 5.1 on the head, not a great deal of it anyway.

It looks like I had perhaps broken 5.1 PCM in the latest release. It should be fixed in the new beta (v153) if you want to try it again.
