I am thinking about buying this product. It looks great. How does the 90 min buffer work on my Apple TV 4? I am a big sports fan and love to have it start up without me present. Is that possible? Can I select on the IOS app and then come home 60 mins later and it has recorded it on my apple tv? Thank you for any input.
The buffer starts once you tune into a channel. The app must be open and running to do so.
If you want to make recordings you would need to use our upcoming Channels DVR service, which installs on a computer and NAS to schedule and make recordings automatically.
