Is this channel available to be added to CHDVR? It's available on my Spectrum subscription and something my wife watches often.
It doesn't look like Crime & Investigation is actually streaming on it's own stand-alone website or app, so you can't use PrismCast and/or ADBTuner to integrate it (unless it's available in the Spectrum app/website; that I couldn't tell you). However, A&E Crime 360 and Crimes Cults Killers are readily available through pretty much every FAST provider under the sun, so you could use FastChannels to get those and about 8 dozen more similar networks. I mean, here's a small sample...

I don't have access to the A&E channels through YTTV, but is it available on their website for someone that does?

No, A&E Media Group is not integrated neatly like that. The only thing on the A&E play page is A&E. Same thing with their other properties like History, Lifetime, FYI, etc.... Crime & Investigation, like the other properties, has its own webpage, but it's only a schedule, no live options.
As an aside, this is a bit different from their apps where they at least have the FAST channels, too (again, separate by property, so a total PITA for an ADBTuner project we're working on).
@Rice, since there is a link for the web, does that mean it's available in the Spectrum app, and thus ADBTuner, as well?
Unless something has changed recently the spectrum app is not available on android tv thus not compatible with ADBTuner. As far as I’m aware spectrum tv app is Apple TV only.
It just became available this month on generic Android and FireOS.

Today i tested Prism with my Soectrum credentials and it opens all my subscription chanels and I can create a custom channel collection in CHDVR using only those 160+ channels. They all tune in, however they tune slowly. It takes 15-20 seconds for the Spectrum app to open and begin streaming.
Additionally, several channels have the video freeze after a few seconds, but the audio continues.
I hope that soon this project will work out some of the bugs.
I"ve also noticed recently that the Spectrum app allows users to pause live streams. You can also FF and RW within the buffer. This works on Apple TV app as well as the Android/Google app.
