Can you describe what section of the web admin you were on where this happened? Could you provide a URL from your browser?

Sorry. Should have got back to you on this.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Channels DVR Server and started fresh rather than importing a three or so year old db. All is well now.

BTW, how do I restart the server without having to use Windows Task Manager to end it then reload through the Windows Start search bar?

You can do that with command line curl or using OliveTin for Channels (which does the same thing)
curl -XPUT http://127.0.0.1:8089/updater/force/restart

Use the IP address and port of your Channels DVR server instead of 127.0.0.1:8089
