Within the Channels DVR server there is a menu to see TV which is 'on now' and also 'on later'.
Within the Fire TV app i can see 'on now' TV, but cannot see 'on next'. Is this available within the Fire TV app to see upcoming / on next TV the same as 'on now'?
In fact i have just realised that looking through the menus within the Channels DVR server, there are loads of things available which are not showing within the Fire TV app. Is this normal? The ability to see upcoming tv shows, upcoming movies, new tv series on this week etc would be great!
Yes I believe “On Later” is only available on the web app, but if I remember correctly the Devs have expressed interest in bringing it to the clients as well.
That would make sense.
Setting up TV recordings for future sows / movies via the EPG guide is fine, but having the feature in the app to see "on later" shows the same as "on now" would be great.
There seems to be a lot more available features / views / sorting options on the web interface. Would be good to have all those features available in the app.
For me... the ability to see upcoming movies in a list when using the fire TV app would be perfect. When i used to use Emby all my recording schedules were setup via the "upcoming / on later" lists. I liked that option.
