Ability to Set Client Default Language

I would like to set language priorities for clients.

For example:

  • Client 1: Priority 1 - Spanish
  • Client 2: Priority 2 - English

When Client 1 watches a TV show, movie, or live TV, it should select the Spanish language track if available and fall back to English if there is no Spanish track. The same priority should apply to closed captioning.

This can also be set in client settings with the names "default language" and "fallback language."
