Kiosk mode doesn't allow you to delete one specific show. However, if you are on the list of shows and right click, you are able to "trash all items" which will delete every single show. This is only for TV shows. I assume the "trash all items" is more of a delete folder and all content. Since Movies share a common folder, when you right click on a movie that option isn't there. This isn't in the "up next" area but the "recently updated" and "TV shows" area.

What client device and app are you taking about?
sorry about that. I can do it both on the IOS and ipadOS app. when looking at the TV shows that show the quantity in the folders I can long press that folder and it will give me the option to "trash all".
Even if I set a global setting to "all deletion" = none, I am still able to remove via "trash all"
Looks like you can "trash all" also from within the folder as well.
This should be fixed in the next testflight beta
