Having trouble with Channels DVR? We’re here to help!
Can not watch programs when selected from the guide.
I can’t get the dvr to connect. It says ERROR , a Channels DVR server was not found at 192.168.1.106 (which is the server address listed in the dvr software).
Running on a Win10 system with 1.6 tb of available storage.
Dvr software was installed on PC and indicated install was good.

I cannot get it to connect to my firestick either. No connection, but server is working as I can watch show from computer.
