Access Admin from other network devices?

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct forum but I have Channels DVR and Streaming Library Manager installed on a Mini PC and all working fine. However, this PC is upstairs and my TV is downstairs.

Anytime I want to change something or add a new program via Streaming Library Manager, I have to go upstairs to do it (yeah I know, first world problem). What I'd like to do is to be able to do this by opening up a web browser on my TV and access the relevant pages on the Mini PC. These sites are all running as localhost on different ports.

Is there a way I can make these accessible to other devices on my network? Apologies if I'm not explaining this well, networking is not my strong point to say the least.

You should be able to connect from other devices. Find out what the IP address of your local machine is and use that instead of localhost from whatever device you are trying to access it from.
