Accessing mounted shares via Linux Channels DVR

I have a Raspberry Pi 3 setup with a Minibian disto installed. I use it as a background device to download and stream videos over our network.

I installed the Linux Channels DVR service and visited the webpage to configure it. I have some mounted shares (connected to my Synology NAS) that I’d like to use to save the recorded data. Unfortunately Channels DVR doesn’t seem to see anything inside these shares so I can’t use them to save DVR recordings.

Selecting a mounted share results in a never ending loading animation.

Are mounted shares in Linux something that could be supported in the future or is this a bug?

Sound like a bug, it definitely shouldn’t be loading forever…

Can you check the Log tab to see if any errors are shown?

Did you get this figured out? Seems like it might have been a permissions issue? Was there anything shown in the logs?
