Add Jump to Start and Jump to End shortcuts

Add keyboard shortcuts to jump to start and jump to end of an episode/movie.

For the DVR web admin UI player...
HOME jumps to start
END jumps to end
skips back
skips forward
SPACE toggles between play/pause
decrease audio volume
increase audio volume
CTRL + mutes volume
CTRL + unmutes volume
F goes to fullscreen
CTRL + W closes player

This is for streaming devices, specifically in my case Nvidia Shield. I use a Flirc device that emulates a keyboard which I can then program a remote to mimic the keyboard keys. HOME and END aren't listed in the following docs:

Don't know if you can see a pencil icon next to the Title.
If you do, just click the pencil icon and you can change the Title and Category.
