What is the fastest procedure for adding a Season Pass from a Firestick client for a manual recording that appears in the recorded programs list?
There isn't one. A manual recording is a one-off; a season pass is a recurring rule-based recording.
They are mutually exclusive.
Edit: Apologies, as it appears I misunderstood your question. From Aman's response (and yours to him), it appears to me now that you were asking:
I selected an item in the Guide and recorded that single airing of the program. That program is now in my Library, and I would like to create a Series Pass for this program. How do I do this in the client app?
The fastest path currently is:
More > Explore Show > More > Upcoming Episodes > Create Pass
On Apple TV there is a faster way to get to Upcoming Episodes from an episode which will be added soo to Android TV & FireTV

Thanks. Maybe at some point down the road this could be made easier. Or maybe I could find it by going backwards in the guide?
With the latest beta apk you can click More > Upcoming Episodes > Create Pass
