Yes you can do that too, xTeve has the benefit of automatic updates though, so should you want it done that way you can do that too so the list doesn't go stale.
Doesn't work either, the playback for me is failing...
Fixed it, I had to clear my database out and get rid of all my testing and m3u crap and back and forth stuff. So yeah if you take your original TVE list and export it with a URL like http://192.168.1.13:8089/devices/TVE-Verizon/channels.m3u or put it into something like xTeve you can then remap those streams with your local providers correct channel numbers. Whew.
