Adding a Channel Manually?

Sorry if this is a basic question, but I only know what I know.

Here is the situation.. in El Paso, TX we have local FOX 14.1. I use the HD HomeRun and no issues.

This weekend, I did my normal rescan like I do every few weeks, and my FOX station now comes in as a station from Juarez Mexico. After some digging, they apparently are transmitting on the same 14.1 that my local FOX station transmits on. My Atenna is picking up this station instead. I contacte HD Homerun, and nothing I can do from that end according to them (they told me to contact KFOX... ).

In the mean time, I discovered that if I enter (http://hdhomerun.local:5004/auto/ch15-3) into my VLC player, I get my local FOX station. Is there a way to add this as a custom channel in my Channels DVR setup? I've never tinkered with those settings so wanted to ask before I touched anything.

Yes you could add it as a custom channel using that URL in an m3u
