Adding Local Content from Network Share

I am trying to add Local Content from a Network Share. When I do, the following errors shows up in the logs. I have verified that the folder share can be accessed without authentication, and can be written to. Channels is running as a Service. Any thoughts?

2022/05/05 18:39:00.096654 [ERR] Scanner error walking \10.4.29.220\Media\Movies: CreateFile \10.4.29.220\Media\Movies: The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.

You have to run the Service as a User.

It appears the user your DVR server is running as does not have the permissions necessary to read the share.

Thanks. That was indeed the fix. Not sure why I did not think of that.
