Adding Midco as a Source Issue

I keep trying to Midco as a source and I keep getting this error: parse error: expected string near offset 14765 of 'partitionKey' Does anyone know how I can get clear this up so I can add it as source?

Per their sign in page

Only use TV Everywhere? Before you can watch, a Midco account owner/user must create an entertainment-only profile for you (under My Account > Settings > Manage Users).
