anyone having issues trying to add a source? it just hangs on trying to login.
Please go to Help -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from the web interface of the DVR and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.

YAY! I know the fix. It happened to me yesterday.
" Please try the following:
- first, click-and-hold on the Check for Updates button
- wait for the
v2020.06.22.2324
upgrade to download and complete
*******for me it did version 2020.06.29.1810 Do not be alarmed. Its still ok. - click
Add Source > TV Everywhere
, pick your provider and type your login; do not hit enter - then, click-and-hold the Sign In button at the bottom
This should reset the broken state on your NAS and let you past the context error. Let me know if it works for you."
