How can I set a pass to keep all recordings forever? make them undeletable?
I understand that but there is no way to set a pass to keep forever you have to do it Show by Show.
I want to make Mayfair Witches so no Client can delete the show... I have to go show by show to set keep forever. I guess I have to move anything that I want to keep forever to imports.
The keep forever settings for a recording just prevents the recording from being automatically removed via with auto prune, which is determined by the pass keep setting. It has nothing to do with the ability to delete it or not from the clients or elsewhere.
If your pass is set to keep all, nothing will be auto deleted with auto prune.
There’s no way to atomically set a piece of content to have delete settings. It’s a global setting to hide the ability to delete things.
I just setup a Cron Job to move to imports as I have Imports to never delete globally.
