I just became aware of the advanced pass feature. I made one to record movies, and I selected to keep "Last 1 only", thinking it will keep the latest air of a movie. Is that what's happening?
I checked a day later and a lot of recorded movies were in trash with "Scheduled to be removed soon", why is that happening?

What should happen to the other movies when you're only saving the last one recorded?
Oh, no, the movies in trash are not movies that were already present in the library. They were just there in trash, and I'm not sure why.
Because you set to last one only so it will trash extras when you have more than one.
I think you want it set to Keep all. It won't record the same movie more than once.
Ah okay, I'll do that. Just curious, what is the logic right now when I say keep 1, 1 movie per channel?

Keep settings really only work for TV Shows, as it’s used for the auto pruner to remove episodes from the show.
It wouldn’t have any effect on the movies that got recorded.
Movies are not auto pruned in any way. They have to be manually deleted.
What was your expectation by choosing keep 1?
I was hoping it would keep the latest air of a movie (so the ads in between are not outdated 
). But I didn't know that movies are only recorded once, which is also fine.
