Hi all. Is anyone else having issues with TVE where it times out loading the channel? It happens to my wife all the time and she starting to get annoyed with Channels. I submitted diagnostics last night when it happened. Any help would be appreciated

Seems like some kind of network issue on your end. Are you using your ISP DNS server? No VPNs?
I am running pihole on my synology. I just switched my router to point back to 1.1.1.1 to see if that helps.

Can you try switching to your ISP's DNS? We've found that using 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 can cause CDNs to be confused and pick a POP that isn't optimal.
Done. Thanks again for looking into this. If this works I’ll just decommission my pihole instance. I feel like its been giving me nothing but problems.
I’m still getting random timeout issues. This time its not giving me an Akamai URL but something just isn’t right when I try TVE channels.
I’ve submitted a couple diagnostics in the last couple weeks.

Something is going on on your DVR server or your router...
