It seems with the latest beta there is no longer an All Channels Filter. It defaults to the HD channels now and doesn't have an option above it where All Channels was at.
Have you checked the setting in your app? Or the setting server side?
Okay so this is what I figured out. It was set to Off on all of my Apple TVs. I think the update did this as this setting is still turned on, on the released version for Apple TV.
