All Non HDHR sources missing from clients

All the non-HDHR sources seem to be missing on AppleTV clients but they are there on the server. (TVE, custom channels).

Server: 2022.03.06.2337

Edit: I'm able to see and play from the library but nothing shows in the server log when there is a client connecting for the library playback.

I'm guessing malformed m3u

Yeah, I just checked pulling out the handmade m3u and all the sources are back.
