AMGtv channel 6783, i set to record a program today, firs time i have even used this channel, and all it recorded for over an hour is the same few commercials that just repeat. Just tuned to the channel live and it is the same adds.
edit: waited longer and now a movie is playing. It appears to just be during the time i wanted to record something AMG just played ads.
Just checked and it's playing a Movie to be announced. It's a movie, not an ad.
It is just the same repeating ads for me. And the program i wanted to record, the guide said it was "The Top 10 Greatest Animal Movies of All Time."
But it just all the same adds

Thats nice.... but my recording of 1hr 5min is nothing but the same few adds. From 6pm-7pm CST

Well, it appears to be working now.
I re-checked the recording, the padding i had, it recorded the last min of a previous show, and the first 2min of that movie that is airing....
I guess AMGtv decided to just show adds the entire time that program was supposed to air 
So... not a Channels issue then.

You could always mark that one as not recorded and set a pass to record it again.
