Here is a broadcast network I found doing research on latest broadcasters in my area and found this one. I’m asking if it can be added as a TVE channel. Here is the streaming URL.

You have to update channels to latest build.

Do you add this as it's own TVE Source (after updating to the latest build)? Or, is it a channel that shows up under an existing TVE Source?

When you update to the latest build it will appear in all your TVE Sources. Channel 6783

It's a channel that will appear for any TVE source. It ought to be marked as channel 6783.
