Does the Android (non-TV) app support Picture in Picture? I have a Samsung Tab S8 Ultra and can’t seem to figure out a way to activate PIP from it. I would expect either a button or simply minimizing it like I would YouTube, Plex, Netflix and any other video app while the video is playing activates PiP.
If I’m not missing a setting, any chance this could get added? I am aware of the “p” keyboard press, but I’m using this as a tablet without a keyboard attached.
If while playing you tap the screen once -- upper right corner, you will see two arrows click on them.
I’m blind and that isn’t the most obvious PIP “button”. Thank you!
For some reason this is automatic for the iOS version (if you are watching something and then try to open a new app it will just go PiP). For Android, as you know, it just pauses the video and shows the new app or home screen. It would be great if they could make Android the same way (feature request).
