Any simple way to compare channel lists?

I'm in the fortunate situation where I have access to multiple TVE subscriptions plus (as we all do) the expansive worldwide PlutoTV m3u.

But there's a decent amount of overlap and I don't need 4 OWN networks popping up in my guide. Is there an easy way to check for overlap?

I think you can use notepad++ to search in files it will then spit out the results of the search in a box at the bottom.
Not a true compare - but it's a free tool that with a little eye work might do the job for you

Yeah, I was hoping there was a lazy way to do it rather....

I would also like to see something like this. Something under sources in the admin like "All Sources" that pops up all channels from all sources, so you could see each channel, if they are available from each source and maybe even add option to set favorite and enable/disable per source, (not rescan, etc, just a way to see which channel is available from which source(s) ).

I was able to find duplicate networks using the Apple TV app, but any of the client apps should work. In the settings, you can change how the guide sorts the lineup. Sort the lineup by channel name, and the duplicates should appear together. Using your example of OWN, all four OWN networks should appear together; you can then note the channel numbers of the ones you would like to hide/remove. Make sure that they are truly different before hiding them, because they might be two different feeds of the same channel (i.e. East Coast and West Coast) — smile
