Is there any method of copying the setup (favorites, guide order, etc) from one ATV to another one so I don't have to repeat the process for each TV? It's painful.

I use Channels Collections and other client settings to keep them all the same.
It's in the manage source section, but you still have to organize the favorites order on each device.

Import/export of favorites? Please tell me where to find this.
Create a new Channel Collection called Favorites (or whatever you like) and share this collection with your client devices by server-side settings. Here is how.
