I have recently changed my firewall over to an Untangle appliance and am having some problems getting channels to work remotely behind it. I have the port forwarded and that portion works fine. The issue I'm having is with the Threat Prevention module. When it's turned on I can't access channels remotely.
Has anyone out there used this firewall and run into this problem before?
