Hi, can you check what version of tvOS you are running, and try rebooting your Apple TV?
The latest version is v2.1.30 and there are no known issues trying to install it.
i checked, there was no ATV software update available so it seems i have latest os. i will check the version number tongiht. i restarted. Channels Live TV in app store shows a round circle where the install/open button would be … like a progress indicator stuck at 100%, i have deleted the beta.
