App trouble after backup restore

My computer that I had channels running on recently gave out on me. (luckily I happened to back up everything before it happened) But now on my new computer I have channels up and running again but for some reason when I open the app on my android tv or on my android phone it just says that my channels dvr is not fully set up yet and wanting me to go to the ip address to finish the setup? Anybody else have this happen before? And I made sure and had the ports forwarded on my router and everything.

This can happen if guide data is not assigned to some sources. Or maybe an old dvr is still running somewhere?

My old computer was still running when I installed the dvr on my new computer. Could that be the issue? It's turned off now.

Is the IP shown on screen the correct one for the new DVR?

Can you check the clock on the dvr and the clients to make sure they're correct.

The ip address is the same. I'll have to check the clock when I get home later.

Would it help if I restart the computer since I restored the dvr from the backup?
