I recently purchased a new phone and cannot get the app to connect to my Channels server. It is working just fine on my iPad, Apple TVs, and if I log in to the Channels server in Safari I can watch from there.
I’ve read a little about port forwarding, but I have not changed any settings whatsoever recently. It also seems strange that all of the other devices would still be working. I thought maybe it was related to having Private Relay turned on, but turning it off didn’t change anything.
Any ideas how I can fix this?
