Apple TV 4k settings

I've searched but have conflicting results. I have an LG 4K TV with Apple TV 4k. Do I keep the Apple TV video setting on HDR 60hz (59.xx) and match frame rate all the time? Let me add that I have a HDHome run 4 tuner 4k device

The optimum setting for the ATV is SDR. Then turn on match rate and match range. This way all your SDR programs will go to your LG in their native color space, but when you switch to HDR or Dolby Vision shows, the ATV will automatically switch to the the proper frame rate and color space.

Your post is what confused me. Still don't know which features to adjust on my LG 4k TV.

Just Google "how to turn off post processing for X" and you will find a bunch of info. There is a big movement in the forums to show how to turn off the "help" that manufacturers provide us.
