I just received my new Apple TV today. The Channels app sees my old SiliconDust HDHR-US (legacy dual) on the network, but when I scan for channels, it doesn’t find any!!! Gah!!! It says this should be supported. I can access OTA channels via the HDHomeRun software on all my PCs, etc. (yes, none of them are currently using the tuner…Help!!! Frustrated…
FIXED!!! I contacted Channels via Twitter. They advised that the app only scans on the “0” coax input on the HDHR-US. I had my antenna on the “1” input. Moved my antenna to the “0” input and it works. Thanks for the great support!

On the HDHR-US you may need a splitter to connect both coax inputs to the antenna.
One of the “pluses” for that model had been the ability to have two antennas pointed to two different directions if needed. In your case connecting to one coax means that the second tuner would never have any signal and would thus be unused (as no channels would be detected on that tuner)
